Be a better,  healthier you! Come and join us 

Want to look good — and feel even better? Try our strength training program combined with regular aerobic exercise; it can greatly impact your health. You will build strength, improve your muscle tone and boost your self-esteem.

Healthy adults should aim to do strength training exercises that work the major muscle groups at least twice a week. If you have health problems, talk with your doctor before you start strength training.

Come and join us!

Tuesdays from  6pm to 7:15pm and 

Saturdays from 9am to 10:15am
