What are the characteristics of our food?

Every single dish has:

  • Organic ingredients
  • It is always gluten free

  • Contains some sprouting beans, nuts, seeds and/or grains
  • Contains some fermented vegetables
  • Carbohydrates are equal to fats
  • Guilt free, smart food, mindful eating

What is mindful eating?

Mindful eating is a technique that helps you gain control over your eating habits.  You learn to truly taste food, and to enjoy the taste of healthy food.   You slowly start to realize that unhealthy food is not as tasty as you thought it was nor does it make you feel very good. You learn how food affects your mood and energy throughout the day. 

And as a result, you will often lose weight if you are overweight.  Your energy increases tremendously, you appreciate your own efforts in making your food because you are doing this for yourself.  You are taking care of yourself.
