And every single one of us were able to do this EXERCISE program.
My plans are to have a year of exercise programs of 3 months each.
Here is the first one
4 exercises a day done for 4 consecutive days and 3 days off.
You will be able to do this routine in 25 minutes and it will cover upper and lower body and our core as the base on all exercises.
Take a look,
For someone with no exercise experience just do two sets of repetitions 8 and 6 repetitions each exercise of each day for the 4 days period.
Someone who goes to the gym twice a week
Then perform 3 sets of repetitions
6 reps of each of the 4 exercises a day
And for someone who goes to the gym 4 or more times a week
Then perform the whole set of
16, 14, 12, 10, 8 and 6 repetitions for each of the 4 exercises a day.
If you do it for 3 consecutive months, you will see a truly transformation on your body.
