Many of us would love to lose weight, right? We all know how hard it is to lose weight, and on the other hand, how easy it is to gain weight.  Hmmm… with a blink of an eye, we packed the pounds back on again.

Well, I have a group of people who discovered the path to lose over 20 pounds in one month and they didn’t have to diet one single day.

THIS IS A REVOLUTIONARY PROGRAM TO LOSE WEIGHT AND TO START CREATING A NEW HEALTHY, INTELLIGENT AND SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE

This program works very well to reduce inches from your abs, buttocks and legs.

In my 20 years of experience, I found out that if I give a client a myriad of information about nutritional advice to follow, sometimes, and it is not the norm but the exception, the individual will take the lead and follow it.  However, what has worked beautifully is when I give the client a set of instructions to follow – let’s say for 2 DAYS (PHASE ONE).   And then in PHASE TWO of 2 weeks duration, I give the nutritional instructions to which is a reinforcement and expansion of PHASE ONE. And then in PHASE THREE and going forward, the client has already become accustomed to the plan, and will have created his/her own sustainable and permanent healthy lifestyle.

Let’s begin…

We all accumulate toxics and harsh chemicals that come from our food, preservatives, additives, processed food, trans-fats, and chemicals in our environment and in our homes, and all of these toxics do reside in our body.  And each person with his/her unique biochemical and genetic makeup and lifestyle do accumulate those toxics in their body specifically either in their stomach, buttocks or thighs.

Therefore, this program is designed to eliminate those areas of concern when we detoxify specific organ systems. These organs correspond to the endocrine, digestive and lymphatic systems.

Which detox program do you need?

Read the specific characteristics for each plan, and if you answer YES to two or more questions then you will need that plan to follow.

For men – only choose between the digestive and lymphatic system because the endocrine system refers to women only.  “We are special” hahahaha

1. ENDOCRINE SYSTEM DETOX

This plan has to do with the PMS and irregular cycles

  1. Do you experience premenstrual symptoms, such as water retention, breast tenderness or sensitivity, or emotional ups and downs like mood swings?
  2. Do you struggle with menstrual cramps, heavy periods or periods that last longer than six days?
  3. Do you have irregular cycles or have you had trouble conceiving a child in the past?

If you answer YES to two or more questions then you need the ENDOCRINE SYSTEM DETOX

1. DIGESTIVE SYSTEM DETOX

This plan has to do with how you feel when you eat.

  1. Does your stomach feel heavy and bloated, even if you eat slowly?

Days 1 and 2

To detox the endocrine system

Drink 4 cups of raspberry tea throughout the day

  • Choose salmon, a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids for lunch

To detox the digestive system

  • Increase your fiber consumption to 2 scoops of fiberwise in the morning

To detox the lymphatic system

  • Substitute 8 oz. of unsweetened cranberry juice for your evening lemon water

TO BEGIN:

Before Breakfast drink

  • 8oz water with one scoop of fiberwise
  • 8oz water with lemon (1 drop of lemon essential oil is sufficient) or the juice of half a lemon

Breakfast

  • 2 free range, cage free eggs and prepare an omelet with ½ cup of mushrooms and onions
  • 1 omega-3 capsule

Mid morning 10am

  • 16 oz water with lemon

Lunch

  • 4oz wild caught broiled fish with garlic and parsley
  • 2 cups green leafy salad with chives, mung beans sprouts and water chestnuts

If you need to add a salad dressing use:

Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, lemon, mustard and oregano 

  • 8oz water after one hour of have eaten

Afternoon

  • 16 oz water with lemon

Dinner

  • 8 oz water
  • 4 oz baked chicken
  • 1/2 cup each mushrooms and onions
  • 4 oz green beans
  • 1/2 cup raw cucumber slides
  • 1 Florify capsule (probiotics)

Night

  • 8oz water with lemon
  • 8oz water with one scoop of fiberwise

DAYS 3 to 16

ENDOCRINE SYSTEM DETOX

  • Drink 3 cups of raspberry tea throughout the day 
  • For the two detox weeks skip red meat

Digestive SYSTEM DETOX

  • Drink 3 cups of peppermint tea throughout the day 
  • Choose fiber-rich fruits such as berries, kiwi and pears

LYMPHATIC SYSTEM DETOX

  • Drink 3 cups of cranberry tea throughout the day 
  • Choose darker green leafy vegetables which are more nutrient content and provide extra support to the lymphatic system

BEFORE BREAKFAST

  • 8 oz. water with one scoop of fiberwise* If you choose breakfast 1, then only use 1 scoop of fiberwise in your smoothie

  • 8 oz water
  • ½ grapefruit

MID MORNING

Body mass index (BMI) is a number that is calculated from a person’s weight and height. It is used as a screening tool to identify possible weight problems. Although BMI is a popular screening tool, it has major limitations because it isn’t able to discriminate between fat and lean (muscle) mass; it has been suggested that body fat percentage plays a more important role in distinguishing between healthy and unhealthy individuals.

Belly fat in particular is especially dangerous and is considered to be more predictive of poor health than BMI.
