Simplified Oat Milk

In 5 minutes or less, you just place all the listed ingredients below in a powerful blender (Vitamix is recommended) and you will have a spectacular healthy oat milk with several health benefits.

The main ingredient is Sprouted Oat Flakes.

These flakes have the distinction that the oats have been germinated and subsequently dehydrated at a low temperature.

The sprouting process increases the natural vitamin content, promotes better assimilation of minerals, and converts some starches into simple sugars making them easier to digest.

Dehydration at a low temperature allows the vitamins and enzymes to remain intact, thereby maintaining the nutritional quality of the sprouts.

From various information centers, I found the following:

Oats contain the following vitamins and nutrients: group B (B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, B12);

Vitamin E; vitamin D; nicotinic acid or niacin, alpha-carotene, beta carotene, lutein.

Trace elements in accessible form: potassium; calcium; silicon; magnesium; sodium; phosphorus; iron; iodine; selenium.

1 cup (8oz) of sprouted oats flakes contain about 15 g of protein, the composition contains non-essential and irreplaceable amino acids, fiber and complex carbohydrates.

Unlike cow’s milk, oat milk is anti-inflammatory, helps stabilize cholesterol levels, and lowers or improves blood pressure readings.

This, in turn, causes blood glucose levels to drop.

Also, unlike cow’s milk, oat milk contains FIBER and is a perfect food for our microbiota.

My oat milk recipe is loaded with omega 3 which is super beneficial for our brain and cognitive ability.

Already knowing so many health benefits and prevention for most common health ailments such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes, wouldn’t you want to prepare it? YES OF COURSE, IT IS WORTH IT

Here is a simplified version of oat milk
